The role is responsible for delivering profitable sales growth and driving value proposition across the assigned country, particularly within the B2B packaging sectors. This position serves as the in-country primary customer interface and escalation point, managing strategic relationships, developing business opportunities, and expanding market presence. The role includes coaching BD team members, supporting operational excellence, and collaborating closely with regional and global teams to deploy account strategies.

Principal AccountabilitiesSales Revenue & Account Growth
Act as first point of contact and escalation for country-level customers Contribute to Key Account Team activities and execute Global Account Plans locally Drive & penetrate sales of the full printing packaging portfolio Lead account projects and conduct commercial analyses Identify cross-functional commercial opportunities and drive improvement actions Align pricing, contract terms, and service strategies with Asia Account Team to make sure engagement with the new client(s)Business Development
Prospect and develop significant revenue opportunities Lead qualification and targeting processes Prepare, communicate, and negotiate commercial negotiation and engagement Gather customer‑specific market intelligence Identify product innovation and development opportunities Maintain a robust sales pipeline and Salesforce updatesAccount Management
Grow and expand customer base Lead business reviews, project meetings, and commercial negotiations during engagement process Collect Voice of Customer insights and deliver improvement plans to grab new client(s) Align service levels across sites and customer affiliates Provide or coordinate with Account Management & Customer SupportPerformance & Project Management
Monitor market performance against annual plan Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes Analyze customer profitability and mitigate commercial leakage Consolidate account performance reports Update Key Account Plans and corrective action plans
Qualifications & RequirementsFormal Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum 15 years of total experience, including 10+ years in Senior level of Sales & Business Development in a B2B environment Proven success in acquiring, onboarding, and managing large accounts Strong background in packaging, materials, chemicals, or industrial B2B sectors Experience managing multi-country accounts is an advantage Strong industry network preferred Willing be based at East Java with permanent hiring schemeKnowledge, Skills & Behaviors
