Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja EXIM Manager East Java TerbaruManage the export process of frozen shrimp products from factory to destination countries. Coordinate shipment schedules, container bookings, and delivery timelines Ensure efficient logistics operations and timely product delivery. Prepare, review, and approve export documents such as: (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), Health Certificate, Export Declaration / Customs Documentation) Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and seafood export requirements. Coordinate with government authorities such as customs and quarantine agencies Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and cold chain logistics providers Monitor container loading, shipping schedules, and shipment tracking Collaborate with production, quality assurance (QA), and cold storage teams to ensure product readiness for shipment Monitor and control shipping costs, freight charges, and logistics expenses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the seafood or frozen food industry. Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and export documentation. Familiar with Incoterms, freight management, and cold chain logistics.
