Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja B2B Sales Executive East Java TerbaruDevelop and manage B2B sales activities for nonwoven products to industrial customers, including medical, personal care, hygiene, and related sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new B2B customers. Conduct regular customer visits, understand client needs, and propose suitable product solutions. Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales in line with company targets. Coordinate with internal teams (production, technical, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support sales strategy. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing / industrial / nonwoven / textile / medical supplies / personal care industries. Proven experience handling B2B customers (not retail or FMCG direct-to-consumer). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a sales role. Willing to conduct regular customer visits and travel as required. Based in Surabaya or willing to be placed in Surabaya. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
