Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja R D Manager East Java TerbaruMake work plans for production drawings, approval, costing, sample, research development based on priorities. Conducting kaizen, research and development of new and existing products. Monitor & ensure the timeline of work production drawings, approval, costing, samp requests and research & development. Final check the aproval drawings, production drawings and cnc program drawings. Ensure that the application of construction production drawings can be applied in production. Ensure the target of the r&d team and sample makers are met and on time. Ensure audits of the R&D department run well and without findings Perform research and development in order to increase sales Perform research to find potential problem that could happened in current products
Have a bachelor's degree or above from any major Have minimum 5 years of experience in wood working/manufacturing Deep understanding in wood working, CNC Program, Ms Office, and AutoCAD Have experience and knowledge in wood construction and scheduling English intermediate or above Willing to work in Kec. Krian, Kab.
