Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Administrative Assistant Jakarta TerbaruResponsibilities:
1. Provide support for sales administration, including handling ERP systems for daily operations.
2. Create quotations and invoices.
3. Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions
4. Assist in coordinating sales and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
1. Female
2. High school diploma or equivalent,
3. 2-3 years of experience in administration or sales administration
4. Fluent in English . Mandarin is a plus
5. Proficiency in ERP and Excel.
