Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja People Engagement Apprentice Jakarta Terbaru
- Support the planning and execution of internal company events (town hall, workshops, culture campaigns, employee gatherings, celebrations).
- Assist in developing event concepts and engagement activities aligned with company values.
- Coordinate event logistics (venue setup, vendors, registration, materials, documentation).
- Prepare event materials (rundown, participant list, presentation deck, feedback form).
- Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Draft internal communication materials (WhatsApp announcements, emails, invitations, posters).
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives (mini games, appreciation programs, internal campaigns).
- Document events (photos, recap reports, attendance tracking).
- Support post-event evaluation and simple budget recap.
- Provide administrative support related to HR engagement activities.
- Minimum Qualifications: Vocational student, final-year student, fresh graduate, or career starter in Psychology, HR, Communication, Business, Event Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Basic design skills (Canva / PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Interested in employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
