The Business Development Staff (Planning & Direct Sales) position is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role based in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's business growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting direct sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and contributing to the achievement of the company's business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support the implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct direct sales activities to acquire new customers and expand the company's market reach.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or a related field.
- Ability to develop, implement, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing or Direct Sales will be considered an advantage.
