- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, existing clients, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, chat, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present and provide information about the company's products and services within the futures trading industry.
- Develop client acquisition strategies and collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and other related departments to achieve business targets.
- Conduct initial negotiations with prospective clients and ensure proper follow-up throughout the business development process.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, prospect pipelines, and performance achievements.
- Achieve business development and client acquisition targets established by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related role is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business productivity applications.
- Professional appearance with a confident and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
