Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Administrator to join our team. The Social Media Admin will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram & Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the tattoo industry.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase our tattoo artistry and studio culture.
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and relevancy.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners to expand our reach and visibility.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize our online presence.
- Create Social Media Ad Campaigns to boost awareness & reel in new customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram & Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and photo/video editing software is a plus.
- Passion for the tattoo industry and familiarity with tattoo culture and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strong understanding in the Maori/Polynesian Culture
