Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Engineering Kitchen Technician Badung TerbaruEngineering Kitchen Technician responsible for daily operations in kitchen maintenance, ensuring all equipment are in good condition and well maintained in accordance with efficiency budgets and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of kitchen equipment and ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with kitchen supervisors on preventive maintenance.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain proper records.
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas using checklists.
- Attend daily briefings, review logbook issues, and follow up with supervisors.
- Ensure all work meets engineering standards and procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks on time per departmental guidelines.
- Maintain and clean workshop tools, equipment, and areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist engineering team with repairs and maintenance.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain related records.
- Promote staff awareness on energy efficiency and equipment operation.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, or Kitchen Equipment Maintenance (or equivalent to diploma program).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and relevant regulations.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
