Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Guest Experience Coordinator Badung TerbaruThe Guest Experience Coordinator / Service Standards Trainer is responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the 7AM 7PM brand promise — exceptional service, memorable experiences, and consistent quality. This role combines guest relations expertise with service standards training to elevate performance across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Management
- Act as the primary in-house ambassador for guest satisfaction.
- Personally welcome VIP and special occasion guests; ensure personalized service.
- Proactively check in with guests during visits and resolve any concerns on the spot.
- Oversee post-visit follow-ups and guest feedback processing. 2.
Service Standards Development
- Develop, maintain, and update the 7AM 7PM Service Standards Manual.
- Set and monitor benchmarks for greeting, order taking, food delivery, upselling, and farewell.
- Implement a Mystery Guest Program to assess and improve service delivery.
Training & Coaching
- Conduct weekly service training sessions for FOH staff.
- Provide live, on-the-floor coaching during service hours.
- Run role-play exercises to prepare teams for guest service scenarios.
- Work with Outlet Managers to ensure service consistency across locations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare monthly service excellence reports for the General Manager.
- Track guest satisfaction scores, repeat visits, and service performance KPIs.
- Recommend operational improvements based on guest feedback trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality guest relations or service training roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns with diplomacy and speed.
- Deep understanding of F&B service flow and operational standards.
- Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
