We’re looking for an Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition Team, this role will be based in our Buncit Raya office.

What you’ll do
Arrange and follow up on interview related matters, timely communication with interviewers, candidates and hiring managers;
Assist the talent acquisition manager to complete the recruitment data analysis work;
Support campus hiring, bridge intern hiring information between hiring manager and vendors
Other support tasks, such as assisting hiring managers in organizing monthly meetings and recruitment-related activities
Exposure to a range of activities related to recruitment and employer branding, including but not limited to campus recruitment, Top Employer Selection, etc.
Maintenance of recruitment system - Workday
Prepare different presentations using Canva or PowerPoint
Your qualifications
Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship program
Able to work on-site (Buncit Raya) at least three times a week
Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint
