Single point of contact database person in charge for commercial office supply updates.
Responsible for ensuring property data is correct in internal database application and following up on missing information.
Maintain and input correct property information to support all stakeholders.
Gather market information to create market analysis and update property information on monthly basis.
Update & maintain marketing and agents relationship to track supplies and deal information.
Work with brokers if they raise request for proposals to developers and attendings agents gathering or related property events.
Collaborate with research team and conduct a regular surveys for property viewing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously expanding knowledge and learning new tools and skills.
