Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Guest Service Staff Nightclub Badung TerbaruGreeting and Welcoming Guests:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
- Check guest lists and reservations to ensure smooth entry.
- Provide information about the nightclub, its services, and any special events.
Customer Service:
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a high level of service.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests.
Reservations and Guest Lists:
- Manage and confirm reservations via phone, email, or in-person.
- Update and maintain accurate guest lists.
- Coordinate with the VIP host and management team for special accommodations.
Venue Maintenance:
- Monitor the cleanliness and overall appearance of the nightclub.
- Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all guests adhere to the nightclub's policies and dress code.
- Monitor guest behavior to prevent and address any inappropriate conduct.
- Assist with crowd control and emergency procedures as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with security, bartenders, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry (e.g. nightclub, bar, beach club)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a professional appearance and adhere to the nightclub's dress code.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
