Our facility in Batam, Indonesia specializes in the production of lighting and detection product technologies including our Specialty Lamps for industrial and photonics applications, IPL Lamps and Trigger Coils, as well as Infra-Red Detectors (IRD), Sensor Modules and Pyro-electric Ceramic Wafers. Operating since September 1994, this site is also responsible for manufacturing of our Thermopile Sensors (TPS), Thermopile modules (TPM), CCD Sensors and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.
We are presently seeking an HRIS Officer that will responsible plan, develop, and maintain HR information system platform to support day to day HR operations activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure the seamless rollout of HRIS modules initiated by regional or global team by tracking timeline, manage project communication, and providing guidance.
- Oversee data cleaning and integrity, develop and generate reports, and provide comprehensive support to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the HRIS system
- Champion site HRIS project initiative by working with internal or external software developer, stakeholder, and end users.
- Administer and troubleshoot HRIS application during regular payroll cutoff, changes, or if any issues related with the application.
- Provide guidance and training for users during new implementation or modification.
- Seek opportunities of efficiency and cost saving by improving HRIS platform.
- Assist other administrative duties within HR operations
- Responsible to comply to any procedure related with quality, environment, heath, and safety management system in respective area incharge.
Requirements:
- Holds minimum a degree, preferrable majoring in information system
- Have minimum 2 year of relevant experience, with exposure to Human Resources fields.
- Good portfolio in HRIS project implementation, with experience in pitch meeting (stakeholder buy-in) and implementing project management skill.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill and teamwork.
- Possess technical capability, strategic thinking, high analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skill in English (both speaking and writing), and able to communicate with cross functional team both in local and oversea.
