Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Assisstant Engineer Batam TerbaruIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring fulfillment of all analysis execution meets a target, managing resource availability, training the roadmap of the lab shopfloor's new hires, and assessing best practice implementation from other sites.
Job Description
In your new role, you will:
- Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team player skills.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Support Failure Analysis Activities:
- Perform Non-Destructive Test (NDT) and Destructive Test (DT)analysis.
- Provide good analysis data to achieve high quality, shortened delivery, and time to market target
- Perform training for FA lab personnel on any new FA technique
- Ensure fulfillment of all analysis executions meet the target
- Manage resource availability (i.e, manpower arrangement, shift working schedule)
- Responsible for the training roadmap of the lab shopfloor's new hires.
Responsible for assessing best practice implementation from other sites.
