Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee absences.
- Entry institution list data and competitor rate
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including drafting and managing letters and other correspondence.
- Regularly check and maintain inventory of company stock.
- Maintain records of stock purchases and inventory levels.
- Maintain daily call reports for divisions.
- Maintain updated contact information and records.
Qualification:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
