We are a growing Food & Beverage group operating multiple concepts and expanding our presence in the market. We are currently looking for a Business Development to join our team and support our continued growth.
This mid-level role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, supporting expansion initiatives, and building strategic partnerships that strengthen our brand and market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about the F&B industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including outlet expansion, partnerships, and collaborations
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Support the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and brand presence
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Assist in negotiating commercial agreements and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives
- Prepare business analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations to management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships (experience in the F&B industry is a plus)
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of business growth strategies and brand development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
