Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience needs
- Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, blog, and other digital assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and others
- Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) to enhance online presence and drive traffic and conversions
- Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics or other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for website-related issues and updates
What You Will Bring to the Role :
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 is a plus
- Having at least 2 years of experience as a web developer using MVC pattern, preferably if there is a strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front end web development languages and frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as jQuery, Gulp.js, Tailwind CSS, and others.
- Familiarity working with web frameworks such as Laravel.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (like Git or SVN)
- Experience working with the WordPress blogging engine is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and responsive design techniques
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with collaborating in remote team settings and understanding the necessary time dedication involved
