We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for an experienced SEO professional who thrives in highly competitive online markets and understands how to drive sustainable organic growth through technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and search performance analysis.
Candidates with experience in online gaming, affiliate marketing, fintech, digital entertainment, high-traffic websites, or other regulated and competitive online industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving organic visibility, increasing search rankings, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase website performance and search engine rankings.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Establish measurable SEO goals and track progress against key performance indicators.
- Perform competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Marketing, Design, and Development teams to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking structures, and technical SEO elements.
- Monitor website health and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexing, site speed, and user experience.
- Stay informed of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
- Support ongoing content planning and optimization efforts to maximize organic traffic and engagement.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and data mining tools.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities within highly competitive industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Understanding of customer acquisition, user growth, content marketing, and digital promotion strategies is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience working in regulated, highly competitive, or performance-driven industries is preferred.
- Exposure to international SEO markets, multilingual SEO, or region-specific search strategies is considered an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
