Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Engineering Manager Batam Terbaru(I) Management of New Product Production Line Process IntroductionTake the lead in the process transformation of new products from R&D to mass production: based on the actual capacity of the production line, equipment characteristics, and production efficiency requirements, put forward design for manufacturability (DFM) optimization suggestions to ensure that the new product design is compatible with the existing production line processes.Formulate a detailed new product introduction (NPI) plan; track process issues during the pilot production phase, collaborate with R&D and quality departments to develop solutions, and promote the rapid realization of stable mass production of new products.(II) Full-Lifecycle Management of Production Line EquipmentBe responsible for the daily management of production line equipment: establish records of equipment model, procurement date, maintenance records, fault history, and other information to achieve traceability throughout the equipment’s full lifecycle.Formulate preventive maintenance plans for equipment, specifying maintenance cycles, maintenance items, and responsible persons; organize the team to implement maintenance work in accordance with the plan (such as equipment calibration, component replacement, and precision testing) to reduce the rate of sudden equipment failures.Take the lead in emergency handling of equipment failures: upon receiving an equipment failure report, organize engineers to identify the cause immediately, develop and implement a maintenance plan quickly to minimize equipment downtime; after the incident, analyze the root cause of the failure, issue a failure analysis report, and propose suggestions for equipment modification or management optimization to prevent the recurrence of similar problems.(III) Lean Production Promotion and Process OptimizationWith the concept of lean production as the core, take the lead in the process optimization of the production line.(IV) Job Requirements
- 5 years or more of work experience in production line engineering, with experience in large-scale factories; candidates with experience in the consumer electronics and e-cigarette manufacturing industry are preferred.
- Possess practical experience in complete new product introduction (NPI) processes, having led the process transformation of at least 1 new product from pilot production to mass production, and be able to independently solve process and equipment issues during the introduction phase.
- Have experience in equipment management and automation upgrades: candidates familiar with production equipment maintenance, repair, and modification are preferred.
(V) Language and Communication
- Proficiency in English, which can be used as a working language.
- Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills: able to clearly convey requirements and solutions, and promote collaboration among different departments to solve problems; have team management experience and be able to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and execution of the team.
(VI) Other Requirements
- Recognize and strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality management system, not disclose confidential content such as factory product information, process parameters, and equipment configuration; be required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement after onboarding.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance: able to adapt to the intensive pace of projects such as new product introduction and equipment upgrades, and efficiently advance work in scenarios with multiple parallel tasks.
- Possess learning ability: pay attention to advanced industry processes and automation technologies, be able to quickly learn and apply them to practical work, and promote continuous optimization of the production line.
