Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Internship Denpasar TerbaruJOBDESC:
- Review and screen incoming CVs and applications for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-up on candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules, send interview invitations, and manage candidate communications.
- Help maintain the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome packages and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help in the preparation and distribution of training materials.
- Track and report on employee participation and progress in learning and development programs.
- Support general administrative support to the HR team, including managing communications and handling inquiries.
QUALIFICATION:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suites (Spreadsheet, Docs, Etc).
- Basic understanding of HR practices and principles is preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Bali.
