As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests in accordance with hotel standards. You will ensure guest satisfaction by offering a warm welcome, taking accurate orders, and delivering attentive service that enhances the dining experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Support the team in daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4-star international chain hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, attentive, and guest-oriented personality.
- Attractive and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
