- Responsible to reduce conversion costs (DVC Labour productivity, NDVC Labour efficiency, others)
- In charge to identify, standardize and deploy across cluster, SPS & Smart best practices
- In charge to lead large Kaizen and E-VSM transformation
- Ensure site SPS compliance
- Manage the end-to-end capacity
- Ensure robust operating cadence
(External) English Qualifications:
- Train, and coach perimeter for sustainability
- Areas of expertise: SPS, manufacturing operations, smart technologies, process design, material provision and handling, standard organisation, investment, cost analysis

What will you do:
- Lead the deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites, domains, and technologies, ensuring operational excellence
- Spearhead manufacturing research and development initiatives to optimize production costs and enhance quality standards
- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures while conducting technical feasibility assessments
- Evaluate and design production processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and quality standards
