SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
- 0-6 years of experience in software development. Roles will be adjusted based on experience level, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong full-stack development capabilities, with a solid understanding of relational databases and transactions.
- Proficiency in Laravel.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and system design principles.
- Experience with Flutter is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
