Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja SQE Part Qualification Batam TerbaruKey Requirements:Job Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of quality systems: A deep understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is essential.
- Solid experience in GD&T, measurement skill, statistic tools
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product design, and engineering principles is crucial.
- Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various teams is vital.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with different stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently is essential.
- Adaptable, Open mind and adaptable with digital evolution
- Initiate and manage PPAP submissions: Coordinate the submission of PPAP documentation to customers according to their specific requirements.
- Review and approve PPAP documentation: Ensure that all required documents, such as first article inspection reports, process flow diagrams, and control plans, are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to ensure that PPAP requirements are met.
- Address customer queries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide clarifications regarding PPAP documentation.
- Track and monitor PPAP progress: Ensure that PPAP submissions are completed on time and within budget.
- Continuously improve the PPAP process: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline the process.
QualificationsSoft skill : 1. Open mind and communicative 2. Negotiation skill 3. High Adapt ability 4. Able to handle pressure
- Minimum D4 / Bachelor Degree graduate in mechanical, mechatronic engineering or industrial field study or person with relevant experience.
- Engineering Background with solid Experience in Mechanical area and some experience in Electronic environment is a plus.
