Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Digital Content Marketing Executive Batam TerbaruThis role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing all digital assets and campaigns (content, social media, paid advertising, and website) to drive brand awareness and sales for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, shooting, and editing of all high-quality product video and photography for use across all digital channels and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor all paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), managing the budget daily to optimize for the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Maintain and grow the company's social media accounts (organic posting, community engagement, and performance analysis).
- Ensure the e-commerce website is always current by updating all product listings, copy, and visual assets using the CMS.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on all campaign and channel data, providing clear, data-driven reports on ROI, CPA, and content effectiveness.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation (photo & video).
- Able to manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaigns.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and independent.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Digital Content & Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
