Job Requirement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities that align with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Conduct research and evaluation of new digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the agribusiness and consumer goods sectors.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of digitalization projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and successful integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for digital processes, systems, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and platforms to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digitalization efforts.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and digital adoption within the organization.
- Prepare regular reports on digitalization progress, challenges, and successes for management.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

- Willing to be placed in Tarjun Refinery Kalimantan Selatan
