- Offer company products, promotions, and services to prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Educate customers regarding product features, benefits, and transaction processes.
- Guide customers in completing their first transaction and provide appropriate solutions when needed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase conversion and retention.
- Follow up potential leads and customer inquiries professionally.
- Update customer data and sales activity records accurately in the system.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to support sales conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and customer experience processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or related roles is preferred.
- Experienced in fintech, paylater, banking, or multi-finance industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer operation.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
- Able to join as soon as possible is preferred.
