Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Waiter Server Badung Terbaru
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
- Guide guests to available tables and present the menu.
- Take food and drink orders from guests with careful attention.
- Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes when necessary.
- Ensure guest orders are accurately recorded and promptly communicated to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately.
- Ensure all orders served match the guest’s requests.
- Check on guests’ comfort and ensure they have everything they need during their meal.
- Present the bill to guests after they finish their meal.
- Process payments appropriately, including cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.
- Thank guests for dining and invite them to return.
- Ensure that tables, chairs, and dining utensils are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Clear tables after guests finish their meals and prepare the table for the next guests.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations applicable in the restaurant, including hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Report any safety or cleanliness issues to the supervisor or restaurant manager.
- Listen patiently to guest complaints or concerns.
- Escalate issues to management if necessary and work together to find satisfactory solutions for guests.
- Assist in checking the inventory of dining utensils, beverages, and other supplies needed for restaurant operations.
- Report stock needs to management to ensure all service requirements are met.
- Collaborate with other staff in the kitchen, bar, and service areas to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed, such as helping to set up tables or clean specific areas.
- Qualifications:
- Work experience in food or beverage service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining composure.
- Neat and clean appearance, with a high work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant/Banquet Server: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
