Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Senior Business Analyst Jakarta TerbaruAs the Senior Business Analyst in the IT Business Enablement team, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and Automation Experts to analyze the business goals, services, processes, and information needed to identify opportunities for improvement. Ideally, you will use your extensive experience in the travel or aviation industry to formulate the best solution for our internal and external customers.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and RPA developers, driving the successful delivery of business process improvement initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
- Immerse into the business operations in order to extract data and information to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for business improvement across the organization
- Prepare, construct, and present business proposals, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and managing expectations
Qualifications
- Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, and comfortably with public speaking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; or advanced degree
- 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis, ideally within the travel or aviation industry
- Proven experience in managing a highly effective team for at least 2 years
- Strong project management skills with a history of managing tech-based and process improvement initiatives
- Proven experience with RPA or other automation technologies
- Strong ability to provide clear, plain-language advice on technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop business cases
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects in the travel or aviation sector is highly regarded
- GDS and NDC experience is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of product financials and Go-to-Market strategy would be an advantage
