Manager - QA/QCJob Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control activities for our data centre construction and commissioning projects. This role ensures that all work meets rigorous standards for safety, performance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Job Description
About the Job:
- Implement and manage QA/QC processes from design through commissioning and handover.
- Review design documents for constructability, maintainability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections for mechanical, electrical, and architectural installations.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs throughout the project.
- Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, ASHRAE, IEEE, and Uptime Institute requirements.
- Proficiency in QA/QC tools and documentation systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
