Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Production Manager Batam TerbaruResponsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and control daily plywood production activities
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor production process and optimize efficiency
- Coordinate with QC, PPIC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis
- Manage and supervise production manpower
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial / Forestry or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in plywood or wood manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of plywood production process
- Experience in managing production teams
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Familiar with quality standards and production KPIs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in plywood grading and quality control
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of ISO / manufacturing standards
