KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, and petty cash.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment documentation for guests, vendors, and service providers.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for billing, payment follow-up, and account settlements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a background in related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting and Taxation
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Available to join immediately
