Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance and Accounting Administrator to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating essential reports, and supporting the financial operations of the company. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Journal Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions in the system daily.
- Monthly Bank and Cash Reports: Prepare comprehensive bank and cash reports at the end of each month.
- Purchase Orders: Create and send customers' purchase orders (PO) via email daily.
- Stock Opname Reports: Conduct monthly stock opname (inventory) accuracy checks and generate corresponding reports.
- Daily Purchase Management: Oversee and maintain records of daily purchases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate with Internship experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali
