We are currently seeking a Hostess for our Hut Brand. As a Runner at Hut you are responsible for greeting, welcoming and seating customers as they enter a venue or dining area. - Deliver food & drinks orders to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.

- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
(Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara staf Front of the House dan Back of the House.)
- Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies).
(Mengkomunikasikan pesanan makanan kepada koki, dengan memperhatikan prioritas dan permintaan khusus (misalnya alergi makanan).)
- Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
(Membantu pramusaji dalam menata meja dengan mengambil dan meletakkan peralatan makan, peralatan makan, dan serbet yang sesuai.)
- Ensure all service stations are stocked prior and during shifts.
(Memastikan semua stasiun layanan diisi sebelum dan selama shift.)
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).

- Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
(Membersihkan piring dan peralatan makan yang kotor.)
- Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items OR make sure you let the guest know you will fetch their waiter/ress to explain if you are unsure.
(Menjawab pertanyaan tamu tentang bahan makanan dan menu ATAU pastikan Anda memberi tahu tamu bahwa Anda akan memanggil pramusaji/pramusaji untuk menjelaskan jika Anda tidak yakin.)
- Inform restaurant staff about customers requests (e.g. when they ask for the check).
(Memberitahukan staf restoran tentang permintaan pelanggan (misalnya ketika mereka meminta cek.)
- Make sure all tables are cleared and relayed in a timely manner.
(Pastikan semua meja dibersihkan dan diantarkan pada waktu yang tepat.)
- Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food including all condiments.

- Responsible for all cutlery polishing.
