Personal Assistant – Bali (Part-Time or Full-Time)
I am looking for a Personal Assistant based in Bali to support both my personal needs and my work with Art Circle. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, scheduling, errands, and occasional assistance at art-related events. Preferable location - Canggu, but can be elsewhere on the island if you're willing to travel to Canggu sometimes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate my calendar, including personal appointments and my son’s school schedule.
- Handle small errands such as ordering from Tokopedia, picking up print jobs, and occasional in-person shopping.
- Assist with event support for Art Circle.
- Maintain basic email and communication support for scheduling and confirmations.
- Occasionally accompany me to art events and meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Organised and proactive – able to track schedules, reminders, and small tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and reliable – available for both remote tasks and in-person assistance when needed.
- Comfortable with technology – can use apps like Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Tokopedia.
- Interest in art is a plus – this role offers exposure to the contemporary art scene in Bali.
- Fluent English is essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
