Responsibilities:
OSI Electronics offers turnkey solutions for the full range of assembly complexity. We partner with Customers on Product Development, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, Sustaining Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management. Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiency and responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require.Qualifications:
- Review Technical Document
- Certify Navision BOM against Customer BOM
- CP, PFMEA, ECN, DRN, ECR
- Oversee the creation of MAI related to his/her respective projects
- Define & validate Process/Method
- Define OFE, Paste Measurement Location
- Tooling design & validation, Packaging design & validation
- Engineering profile matrix
- Create strain gage test plan
- Answer to PCB EQ
- Report (Build report, PPAP, Evaluation/Validation, etc.)
- Process improvement, validation, and evaluation
- 5 Why Analysis/Process Mapping
- NPI to Mass Production hand-over
- Yield Improvement
- S1 from any disciplines of engineering (Electrical/Industrial/Machine,etc)
- Minimum 2 years experience in same position
- Good attitude & mindset
- English proficient
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
