Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja General Affairs Intern Jakarta TerbaruWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Affairs Intern to support our administrative and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Support daily office operations, including stationery supply, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Help manage company inventory and asset tracking.
- Assist in logistical arrangements for internal activities and events.
- Provide support for other General Affairs-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major.
- Interested in General Affairs, office administration, and operational support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to commit to an internship program for 3 months.
