Job Description
Position: Backend Engineer
Location: Purbalingga (WFA 1 week every 6 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient backend solutions using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Used to write unit test / or perform code test.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Golang Developer(Fresh Graduate / Under Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in RDBMS, such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
- Experience working with Scrum Agile framework and tools.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
- Good understanding of message brokers such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite at Purbalingga.
- Experience in developing plugin Wordpress / woocomerce is preferred.
