Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja UI UX Designer Batam TerbaruWe're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who can transform complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for our customers. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong design skills and a user-centered design approach.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and testing
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong visual design skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Experience with agile development processes
- Understanding of usability testing methodologies
- Experience with animation and motion design
