About the Role
We are hiring a Rider Operations position to support our motorcycle rental and rider operations business. This position requires strong English communication skills, high energy, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility.You will handle payroll, rider acquisition, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. You will also prepare and maintain rider records, clear SOPs, and workflows that ensure smooth and consistent operations across the team in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- SLA Compliance – Acknowledge, resolve, and update enquiries from riders, suppliers, and colleagues within set response times.
- Payroll – Verify weekly trip records, incentives and deductions, prepare and process payouts and CPF contributions for riders and stakeholders with accuracy.
- Rider Acquisition & Records – Responsible for new rider recruitment, account setup, vehicle release and return, work permits, long-term pass, insurance, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date rider information to ensure riders are work-ready and compliant.
- SOP Development – Prepare and maintain step-by-step SOPs and workflows that allow operations to be executed confidently and with minimal supervision.
- Operational Oversight – Supervise and coordinate rider operations to ensure workflow runs efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clerical or operations experience.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Communicative, high energy level, driven, and responsible.
- Detail-oriented and accurate under pressure.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
