Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Operation Coordinator Indonesia TerbaruWorking location: Nerima, Japan
Job Responsibility: 1. Back Office Support Supporting administrative tasks Assisting with attendance, scheduling, and operational tracking Preparing internal documents and reports Coordinating with relevant internal departments 2. Communication and Coordination with Japanese Drivers Handling daily communication and coordination with drivers Explaining work procedures and company rules Acting as the first point of contact for issues or inquiries Serving as a bridge between Indonesian drivers and the company 3. Understanding of Transportation Operations Learning the basics of the Japanese transportation and logistics industry Understanding delivery flows, operational rules, and safety requirements Gaining operational knowledge to support future management responsibilities
Requirements: ・Language: Having JLPT N2 or N1, English (Intermediate) ・Driving skill
