Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication, engagement, and satisfaction. Proactively reach out to patients and potential clients, addressing their needs and closing sales to drive business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and ensuring prospects are moved through the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Revenue Management: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue targets by closely monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to meet company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Be an active member of the sales team, leading by example with a results-driven mentality. Foster a high-energy, collaborative environment, providing mentorship and coaching to junior team members to ensure their success.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a focus on maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Client Communication & Negotiation: Use excellent communication skills to engage with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales, ensuring both client and company needs are met.
  • CRM Management: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads, tracking customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and KPIs, providing reports and insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess the sales process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a BPO or services-oriented industry (B2C/B2B experience is a plus).
  • Proven success in managing key accounts, reaching out to patients, and consistently closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily sales pipelines and meet revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a "lead by example" mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a deep understanding of sales strategies (outbound calling, closing, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or service sales environments is preferred.
  • Availability to work on Americas Schedule.
