This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping others live healthier lives. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in providing support, guidance, and a caring experience for our customers — both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone , chat and social media with professionalism and empathy
- Provide product information, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support wellness program participants with relevant information and guidance
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Sarjana Farmasi) or Nutrition (Sarjana Gizi) preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or wellness-related industries is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, solution-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a office work (placement in Surabaya, Dukuh Pakis)
