The Position: We’re looking for a Billing and Collections Executive.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Customer Service 2 years (Required)
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in billing, collections, or administrative support (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information about the services.
- Handle customer billing complaints by clarifying the issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Escalate advanced cases to the Operations team for resolution by providing necessary background information.
Office Location: Batam

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp. 7,250,000 - Rp. 8,750,000 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9am - 6.30pm SGT)
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

- Batam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
