Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Production Supervisor Batam TerbaruOrganize the activities of his/her shift operation to meet production quality and quantity targets.
- Organize a group of shift members to ensure the successful operation of manufacturing.
- Assist employees when necessary and provide continuous back-up to workstations throughout the floor.
- Assist in coordination of production activities to assure proper skill coverage and competency of team members are in place.
- Ensure shift team members meeting all training requirements.
- Monitors and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity targets, ensure the appropriate level of accountability for production targets and objectives at the shift team members’ levels.
- Timely prepare shift performance result for production Shift Heads to review.
- Coordinate and ensure direct/ indirect materials for manufacturing processes is available during shift operation.
- Perform investigations which may involve yields, NCR, safety incidents and other investigations as necessary.
- Maintains production floor in clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Information Security policy, Corporate Citizenship policy & Code of Conducts.
- Observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment standards, report to superior immediately if observed any near miss or any injury / incident occurred at work place.
- Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments.
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
