Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT Batam TerbaruJob Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a credible body that adheres to international standards, such as TLSSC or IASSC (ISO 18404).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology, preferably within the manufacturing, automation, or automotive industries.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis software like Minitab.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, defining project scope and deliverables in alignment with our strategic business objectives.
- Systematically apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve intricate business and manufacturing problems.
- Be accountable for delivering quantifiable results, including significant cost savings, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved product quality.
- Expertly apply Lean and Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke to eliminate waste and reduce process variation.
- Coach and mentor team members, including Green Belts, to develop their problem-solving skills and advance a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in providing formal training on Lean Six Sigma concepts to employees at all levels, fostering a deeper understanding of the methodology across the company.
