Objectives of this role
1. Perform accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department while adhering to established standards
2. Manage accounts receivable, following up on invoices when necessary
3. Liaise with the accounts payable and payroll departments
4. Help uphold the integrity of the company’s finances
5. Ensure that the company adheres to applicable local and national regulations that impact finances
Responsibilities
1. Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
2. Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns
3. Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances
4. Help establish company best practices related to accounting
5. Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
Skills and qualifications
1. Proficiency with standard systems and spreadsheets for invoicing and billing
2. Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices
3. Significant experience with office productivity applications, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and approaches
4. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time, whether working independently or as part of a team
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information
8. Two or more years of experience in an accounting role
9. Competency with at least one financial planning software package
Salary: Rp. 36.320,61/day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
