Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Green Building Expert Design Build Project Jakarta TerbaruAre you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly? We’re currently looking for a Regional Staff (Temporary) to join our Representative Office in South Sumatera and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that administrative and reporting processes are handled accurately and professionally.
Employment Information
Employment Status: Temporary (Outsourced)
Contract Scheme: Outsourcing employment arrangement
Placement: IDX Representative Office of South Sumatera
Minimum Qualifications: What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Prior experience in administrative, office support, or event/operational support roles is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to operate video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- Skilled in managing social media platforms and creating simple content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.).
- Strong writing and reporting skills, including preparing activity reports (LPJ).
- Understanding of basic administrative systems and procedures, particularly in a professional office environment.
- Knowledge of capital market operations is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to provide excellent service to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing tasks and documentation.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Open to learning and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA min . 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
